On the morning of June 30th, Prof. Chen Meihua, Dean of School of Foreign Languages and Ms. Li Jing, Office Director were invited to SEU-Monash University Joint Graduate School to attend the opening ceremony of the third English Bridging Program in Suzhou. The other invited guests were Ms. Gu Fang, Dean of Suzhou Research Institute of SEU, Ms. Yu Xiangjun, Vice-dean of Suzhou Research Institute of SEU, Mr. Benjamin Doran, the English Bridging Program Coordinator of Monash College in SEU-Monash University Joint Graduate School and 8 teachers from both Southeast University and Monash College. Mr. Doran introduced to 165 trainees about the objectives, teaching methods, the arrangement and the assessments of the curriculum of the English Bridging Program. All the English teachers from two universities met with the trainees and had their first class right after the brief ceremony. The opening ceremony was a complete success.
